The Supported Probate PLUS Service - what's included

This service is an upgrade from the Supported Probate Service and includes claiming allowances to reduce IHT liability and completion of IHT forms for HMRC.

We identify any gaps in information required and get that information to get a complete overview of the estate value.

We apply for any tax allowances which will reduce IHT due, where applicable.

We complete the Inheritance Tax calculations and the IHT400 forms (if required) on your behalf.

We will request and Inheritance Tax Account Number from HMRC for you, if IHT is due

We complete the Probate/Letters of Administration application forms

We keep you regularly updated on progess and timescales for completion of probate

Exclusions:
We do not apply for transfer of property ownership via the Land Registry (Executor does)

We do not place the Statutory Death Notices in the Gazette (which would include free use of our business address for privacy).

These exclusions are however included in our premium Fully Managed Probate Service which you can upgrade to on this form (see checkout form left_
