Fully Managed Probate Service - what's included

This service includes Probate/Letters of Admin application, IHT calcs, IHT allowances claim, IHT400 forms for HMRC, transfer of property ownership for probate properties you want to keep and legal advertising of the estate in the Gazette to prevent future claims against the estate.
This is our Premium Service.

We identify any gaps in information required and get that information to get a complete overview of the estate value

We claim any tax allowances which can reduce IHT liability

We complete the IHT400 and associated forms

We complete the Probate/Letters of Administration application form including the value of the estate for IHT and probate.

We apply to the Land Registry to transfer ownership of any probate property if required.

We produce the Statutory Death Notice in the Gazette to avoid future legal claims on the estate after assets have been distributed and give you free use of our business address to give you privacy.

We keep you regularly updated on progess and timescales for completion of probate and IHT paperwork
