Supported Probate Service - what's included

Our Supported Probate Service is ideal for clients who just need to apply for probate and where Inheritance Tax is unlikely to be payable.

We take the documents you have already started collecting and organise them

We identify any gaps in information required and get that information to get a complete overview of the estate value

We advise you if IHT is payable, how much is payable and which forms to complete

We complete the Probate/Letters of Administration application form including the value of the estate for IHT and probate.

We keep you regularly updated on progess and timescales for completion of probate

There is an EXPRESS SERVICE upgrade available if you need the paperwork quickly

Exclusions:
We do not complete the IHT400 forms for you, this is included in our Supported Probate Plus Service which you can upgrade to on the form
